Citation

Parliamentary Papers are cited below in the form: House of Commons Sessional Papers, SSSS, (nnn), VVV, ppp, where SSSS is the session, (nnn) the paper number, VVV the volume number, and ppp the page number. Although different collections of Parliamentary Papers (especially before the introduction of House of Commons paper numbers in 1801) are arranged differently these citations should enable the papers to be located in any collection.
